RMXP dislikes starting, it seems...

Today (If you'd like me to be precise, approximately 35 minutes ago), I decided I would install the trial version of RMXP onto my new computer (I'd been putting it off for a month now...) from Download.com, as linked to by the RMXP website. So that was all fine and dandy, no strings attached - until, of course, I came to opening it, and I was presented with this lovely error:

Yeah. I'm not completely sure what to do, really. In fact, something only just occurred to me as I was typing this - is RMXP even compatible with Vista? Hmm...

Anyway, anybody who can identify the cause and solution to the problem will be showered with praise and vanilla-flavoured affection.
