[RMXP] Creating an animated fire. [Resolved]

Ok guys, I'm new here so I hope you experts can help out!

I've been working on a new project in RMXP for a few days now and I am trying to make animated fires for a village that is set ablaze by barbarians. The problem is, the built in fire event charsets in RMXP do not animate correctly.. I have tried setting a movement route for the object to 'turn' and show the different fire sprites to create an animation, however, by default the fire changes to an entirely different sprite in this situation.. Secondly, I tried making a loop involving local switches to change the sprites on a constant basis to make them look like they're animating, but none of the sprites showed up in my testing.. Can anyone help me with this problem, or direct me to a charset with fires that work correctly? Assistance is much appreciated!  :lol:
 
OMG That worked! I feel like a dummy.. I can make switches and work with variables but I couldn't even make that work lol.. I always just assumed that the "Stop Animation" command keeps the graphic from animating.. Apparently my assumption is just the opposite.. Thanks for your fast assistance..  :smile:
