RGSS202E.dll help with distributing

I have some noober questions about distributing the game on rmxp. I've searched it but got no help.

I've compressed the game into an install but when I try the game on another computer it says i'm missing the RGSS202E.dll file.

I'm not sure what that is but i've found out it's a file I need to put into some folder, and that I have to put all the sounds graphics etc. into some folder as well.

Could somebody as simply as possible say how to put which files where? And explain what the RGSS202E.dll is and where to get it.

Have you installed the RTP before playing the game? Or did you turn off RTP?

Don't forget to set the game to not look for the RTP, too.

I'm not really sure whether or not I turned on or off the RTP, is there anyway I can check?
And I did do a search on distribute game but perhaps I didn't look hard enough.
Also could you maybe say HOW to set the game not to look for the RTP?

I'm sure all that RTP stuff is amazingly easy to do I just didn't figure it all out.

Ok, I should have read your initial post better. RGSS202E.dll is for VX.

In VX, you have the option to "Include RTP Data" when you compress your game.
So, you no longer need to copy the RTP data to your project folder.
Extract the compressed game to a new folder to make sure it includes the .dll as well.
