Resource Manager Updates

For those who don't know, the HBGames resource manager is a php script made by myself for .org. I've spent my afternoon updating it, trying to work out how to organise it into pages and display it as such.

Well, I finally got it done, so now you should find the resource manager easier to navigate and less resource intensive for crappy computers.

Just checked it out and it's definitely easier to navigate, especially with the addition of pages.

Search is now no longer case sensitive (try searching for "eNterBrAIn")
