[Resolved] Problem with.. well.. every script.

My problem is noobish, and I am sure there is a very simple answer that I just cannot understand. Anyway, when I copy a script from a webpage, I go straight into RPGXP. I make a new event and select the "Script" command.
Then, I try to paste in the script I just copied;
but I hear a hollow "bump" sound and nothing comes up in the text box.

What am I doing wrong..? How do I fix it..? :s

You must paste the script into the Script Editor. Make sure you make a new script first, and then copy and paste into it.

Ah, I'll try and figure it out. I thought it was a copy-paste routine xP

It is a copy and paste routine.

But a little more complicated than that.. ;P

1. Open up script editor.
2. Right click on "Main" and hit Insert.
3. Copy and paste your script in.
4. Name it what you want.
