[Resolved] Opening a Game

I can't get this game to play. Ever hear of "Last Scenario"? Well, I can open it, I can only save it, and I can't do anything with it.

I can open other games, such as that Legendary Hero game, but not this one... it's a RAR file, and maybe I don't have the thing neccessary to open it, but I would like some help.
