[Resolved] Lighting Effect script

Now, I know this script exists.
I saw one forever ago by Near Fantastica, but I didn't get it because I thought I'd never use it *_*
But! I cant find it ANYWHERE, or maybe I'm not looking hard enough.

Basically this script is used to light things in dark places, like for instance:
Lets say I made a map in a dark ass cave and you cant see ANYTHING. But previously you obtained a torch. If u use the script on that torch, it will have a glowing light thing around it that lets you see better in the cave :]

If someone could kindly post a link to the script here and how to use it as well, you would have my thanks :]

You can use a picture... just a black or almost black picture with a faded white circle in the middle of it...
