Resident Evil 4 Wii Addition

I LOVED RE4. When I heard it was being re released on the Wii with amped up graphics, and new cutscenes and gameplay, I nearly got on my knees and cryed with joy. And it's even better than I thought! The graphics are of late XBOX quality, and I've seen at least three or four things new that weren't in the GC or PS2 versions. Anyone else share these emotions? Anyone else have a wii?

this is what ive been told by friends who own it. if you got the PS2 or NGC version. dont bother geting this one

Well, why wouldn't you want to get this one? Just because you have it on the PS2 or Gamecube doesn't mean you shouldn't get it for this one. It has been improved on all around, and frankly I wouldn't mind getting it. It looks splendid. I hear that they might be implenting the Wii Zapper configuration into the game, so you can play as if you have an actual gun. I think it'll be great.

You get to play as Ada Wong and find out some info about her mysteriousness and you use the wii remote with your knife, the gaphics have been improved (The wii graphical capabilities were always better than late xbox) and widescreen is real widescreen, not some cheap letter box thingy.
I'd rather get umbrella chronicles, it is practically 3 games in one, the resident evil trilogy as an arcade shooter.

My only question is how do the controls work? I wondered how aiming and stuff would go on. Like is it easier? Point and that is where the gun goes? Or what? *confuzzling himself...*

So they basically remade Gun Survivor 1, 2, and Dead Aim? I KNEW I saw Bruce McGivern in a screen shot!

I already have it. I never bought it for another system.
I'm on chapter 3-2 (?) In the castle sewers.

The controls are perfect. Just like on the ther consoles, you hold a button and press another to shoot. *Hold B, aim, and press A* Just swing to knife people and boxes. And holding Z is to run. You get used t the conrtols faster than I thought.

I've played it, and the graphics are pretty much on par with the PC version, if not better than the PC version.
