I did this a few days ago for you but forgot, I just found it on my desktop. I neevr really do requests so I thought why not. Although I'll be the first to admit I didn't really put very much into it. Anyway, I hope it can help.
i did like you said and didn't really change the layout or the features at all.

What did you use to make that? Looks like a painting from scratch...

I wanted to do somebody with Painter with my laptop.

It's a program called Painter, original from Fractal Design, now Corel owns it. I've been using it for about 15 years, and since I got a tabletPC I wanted something to play around with being able to draw directly on the monitor. Sorry Calibre, I only did it this morning.

I was only joking! Well I touched mine up alittle this evening so I guess you ultimately finished before me and I'm sure spent alot more time on it than I did. Deon204 won't believe his luck!
