Renovate Your Houses!

If you buy a lot in Sprocket, you're agreeing that you will build a decent little homestead there!

I'll allow a good bit of time to gather materials to build your magnificent palace, but some houses have been around for a while, and are in dire need of prettifying ... They're bringing down property values of other lots around them!!

I won't point fingers, but take a look at other houses in Sprocket, ones built from multiple materials, with landscaping etc., and consider:

- Is your house REALLY small?
- Is it made of ONLY wood planks or ONLY cobblestone?
- Did you put less than an hour's effort into it?
- Does it look OBVIOUSLY unfinished still?
- Is it just a rectangular box-shape?
- Has no one ever complimented you on it or run over to see it?

If you answered "yes" to any of the above questions, revise your lot today!!

If you don't, I may have to confiscate your property & resell it to someone who WILL use it!

Don't bring down everyone else's property value with half-assery ;o

BTW, if you are crummy at building, feel free to enlist the services of someone else to help you. I, for example, will build your house for cost of materials + 50,000 cogs. (Expect total final costs in the 500,000-750,000 range.)

(References: I built all of Sprocket, pretty much the whole world of Harbinger, my private estate, the lava castle in the corner, and the Ice/Water House.)

There are probably other people who'll help you for cheaper, though!

And remember: Your Sprocket lot is a valuable asset, which you may be able to sell for big profits!

I still have the interior to do, but for the rest my house is fine..

Though i have to start on the guild house next door..

I haven't been on in a few days because schoolwork has been keeping me busy, but I'll see if I can't at least tidy up my lot a bit later tonight so there isn't that big gaping hole to the basement in my yard.

I'm planning on renovating, but not too much. Just some simple changes to the foundation and to the outside grass.
