I dunno, but it looks like a combination of a chibi and a not-chibi person, so he looks like a big baby in his current condition, If you want it chibi style, try making his head smaller or his chin.

@ Hellhound, I was going for the regular manga style, but since this is my first time actually coloring this stuff by heart... I expected something to go wrong, Heh.

I don't know what makes him look like a chibi to me, since I can't really see it 0.0

Hm, didn't know. I could make 'em smaller, but I made them big because I wanted him to look quite young.

His hair isn't green enough as well, if you're trying to make it look like Thief01. And his mouth is really weird. Change the mouth, definitely. It looks like he's trying to whistle or something.

the Baby face style relay doesn't suite it well. and it feels very ... well, Frankenstein. Allot of not-matching styles mooshed into one. the googoo eyes REALLY are the most off detail though.

To comment on something other than the eyes, the ear is too high up. The guy wouldn't be able to use glasses. Also this might be his hairstyle but there should probably be some hair behind his ears.

His eyebrows are a different colour from his hair.

I think his point is that Krillin is a character in an anime that doesn't have the whites of his eyes colored in. So, it's a style preference when it comes to coloring the whites or not. >.> I could be wrong however.
