Recipe Book Script?

Does anyone have/can create a script for a recipe book?

Here's the idea.
You have an Item called "Recipe Book". When you use it, it opens a menu that lets you select any recipes you have. When you select a recipe, it tells you what items you need to make that food.

EX:
Recipe Book > R: Apple Pie > Apples, Pie Crust, Pie Filling

If i remember correctly there was a program for the RMXP that you can create a book, scroll, page, and what not to read in the game. But I've forgotten the link to it. But I do remember it was on this site before the hacks of times past.
