Logo/Title: Title. (For rm2k3 style)
Name: Tier Prophecies
Style: You can choose a random style, any would do. Maybe Blue, Gold or Red for title. Sorry I know this isn't a multiple choice game for you to choose any, really to fit the title.
Mood: Mysterious/Neutral.
Font: Rosewood Std font.
Description: Game is set in a medieval time, ancient events about Oudh being ancient descendants. Old Garland Kingdom attacking them, because
they possess the power of Agni, forbidden power/dark forces, Oudh get peeved off, attacks them, sends mechanical creatures against
them, nearly wiped Garland off the map, they held strong, Garland wins. Thanks to mysterious hero that came out of nowhere, which properly will be explained anyway,
helped fought Oudh, brought peace, war went on for 20 years or so. Peace finally reigned for 400 years, rather then the cliched 1000 years. Then it's present time about some
nameless evil from the north that wants to kill of Garland kingdom or something.

Hey, I don't want you to think I have forgotten about this stuff, I have been really busy this past weekend with prom and such, so I can probably get this done either tonight after work, or tomorrow after school. Criticism is what fuels good design. It's hard to notice certain things by one's self, so outside ideas are infinitely helpful... which I'm sure everyone here on a game dev forum knows.
Are you a design professional / student, or is it just a hobby?

Also, I'll add a short synopsis since you wanted us to put one: Long ago, a man created an energy called Bane and released it into the world. With the energy he created a powerful weapon and gave clues to finding it in five scattered indestructible tablets forged by the Bane energy. The World Government was in its early stages and took the opportunity to claim to find the weapon. Later on, people began to doubt the government, and they started to look for the Tablets so that could find out if the government truly acquired the weapon. The government quickly outlawed such acts, but most people didn't care. These "Hunters", as they were called, began grouping themselves together in "Hunter groups" and battled against one another, and the government, for the ultimate prize. The search for the Forbidden Tablets, and the Weapon, was on.

Thanks, man! :D I definitely want to see this with the final in-game screen-shot. I was curious how this would work out! I am glad you like it! My brother said it looked professional with the effects I used. If you need anything else, just ask. I will find time to work on designs!

Well, I plan on using a script that will allow the continue, load game, and end game be images that I can scroll through and I wanted them to be the same font as the title name (Because it's just so awesome), but I don't know what font you used to create the text for the title. Do you think that would look good, or should the font for those texts be a little different from the title? But regardless, would it be easy for you to make a continue, load game, and end game texts the same or similar to the title. And also, each of these images have to be two images. One would be the active image, the other the inactive, but I'm guessing that's not much of a problem since it's just a change in opacity level. Then I shall show you the final in-game screenshot lol :D Thanks again! (P.S. I'm glad your brother likes it!)
