Some hands look a bit odd, don't worry, it's one of the hardest parts about drawing humans, I'm still having trouble with it myself.

Other than that, they're pretty detailed and good-lookin'. :D

You show a lot of skill, especially in dynamic poses, and your facial expressions are great. The dragon is very uninspired, but the human figures, anatomically, are top-notch. I'd like to see some of these finished (inked).

Your women need work. They look a bit mannish, and their breasts look very fake. That happens a lot to character artists, you get into a rut drawing one gender, and when you try to draw the other gender you can't get past the structure of the gender you learned on. We think that, since we're the same species, everything lands in the same spots, but that's especially not the case with comic/manga character design. Women are starkly different in shape and you must utilize a completely different set of strokes for them.

I learned to do character art copying this one artist's rendition of Lara Croft a crapload of times, then switching to manga styles of girls. I never really tried to draw men, until someone requested I did. He came out terribly feminine. I was so used to curvy, I had a hard time switching to angular. The hips were too wide, the chest was a little flabby-looking, the face was too round, eyes too big, hands too small.

So I had to switch gears. I stopped drawing women for a while and focused on masculine men. Now that I'm used to it I can do both sexes just fine. The key I think is practice.

But you have a style, and that's good, because that's usually the hardest for any artist to define, and it's good to get out of the way.

As Venetia said, your poses and expressions are so inspired and quite beautiful, I think you are wasting much of your talent copying the generic cut and paste anime style that a lot of western culture youths are adopting.

My suggestion is to get a bit more realistic with your style and add more detail to the skin and faces.
