Prince Alberts are cool. And on goth girls corset piercing and look particularly awesome. It depends wholly on your body type, style of dress, etc. It's impossible to judge, these sort of things are really about the individual.

I'm going to say hands down no... That is in no form or fashion attractive... I like straight up earings(studs, hoops, whatever, just not gauged). I also (ocassionally) like belly button rings. But bars and hooks? No way.
