Question about XP Party Changer v3.2 by dargor!

I would post this in the original topic but I don't think Dargor even supports XP Party Changer anyymore! :huh:

But I couldn't figure out from scrolling through all the comments in there how to force/lock the lead party member into the lead spot and then later unforce/unlock him when I want to remove him for a little while, and make the new leader locked, and then unlock her to re-enter the new leader later! I know you can make party members forced into the party in the changing menu when using the scene party command, but how do I just make a party member locked into the party forever, until I want to unlock them??? Thanks!!

Oh and let me make it more clear! I have the main party and battle args set so that the leader actor guy is locked into the party, but the thing is I can't ever remove him even with an event command to remove from party! How do I unlock him later on in the game?
