1. How to change player's avatar? i want a girl :p
2. A character on map 1, i want to transfer him to map 2! So he teleport, i don't want to make 2 characters. 'cause you see two characters at the same time, but in a another room.

By avatar, do you mean character sprite? Because if you do:
Go to the database, under the Actors tab, and double click on the box under "Actor Graphic". Then, a window should appear allowing you to change the character sprite.

And, for question 2:
Use the Set Event Location event command, and choose where you want the event to go.
