Annnnnnd the n00b is back again for another dumb question.
Should be an easy fix, I pretty sure I'm just missing something.
Okay so, (using the starter kit) in my pokemon game I have it so the player goes in to the pokemon lab to get their first pokemon but, the prof. is all out and therefore instructs you to go talk to his wife. At this point in the event, I have inserted "Control Switches: [0032: First Pokemon] = ON". Then player is then supposed to go in to the prof.'s house and talk to his wife. On the first event page, under conditions, the first Switch is ticked (on) and switch 0032: First Pokemon is selected from the drop down menu. On that same page she gives your pokemon, etc. and at the end "Control Switches: [0032: First Pokemon] = OFF" is inserted. But instead if this working like I wished, instead of Tami (the prof.'s wife) giving you the pokemon she goes straight to event page 2, which is her just talking about her son.
Why is this not working?
What did I do wrong?
