PSP + English Visual Novels / PC Games

I figured I might as well put both of these into one.

Recently, I've been into visual novels - the whole art&story gets me.
And I've done some looking around, but I couldn't find anything for PSP, that's english.
I've seen some blogs that promise patches, but they're nowhere near completion.
So, first, I was wondering if anyone knew of any good Visual Novels for PSP, that either is an English port, or has a completed patch. (and good art, hopefully)
Secondly, I've seen it done. Heard about it. Porting PC games to PSP. Alot of people even wanted to put their RM games on it. But how do you put a basic PC game one? Say I had a nice VN for PC, but I wanted it to-go.

Anyone know anything?

I don't think there's an easy way to port them. Man popular visual novels are built with the ONScripter engine or its variants, which, as far as I know, is built only for the PC.
