I finished the game! Thanks so much for your help, CERU! ^^

That was a really fun game, I really really enjoyed it, and that's saying a lot because I normally don't like playing horror survival games. I'm very easily scared and I jumped more than once playing this game. XD The puzzles were nicely done and not too difficult to solve.

I'm not too sure what exactly happened at the end of the game... but using all the notes and pages to develop the back story and what's actually happening in the game was a nice add and I'd say it was effective enough.

By the way, I scored a Rank D, hahaha XD;;; Hey, it's still passing, right? ;_; Too bad I didn't get to unlock any of the extra cutscenes. Maybe I'll replay it to get a higher rank but right now I think my eyes are a little sore at all the dark tones, so I'll give it a try another time.

I'm really glad you enjoyed it. I tried to make a game that could initiate conversation and debate on what actually happened in the game. I want people to form opinions and have their own theories.

Since at least one person completed it, I think I'll reveal my surprise. I'm making a sequel, Crepusculum 2. 30 min of the game are already complete, which includes two areas and half an area. The end of C1 ties directly with C2 and the reason why I took so long with C1 is because I wanted it to mesh perfectly with C2.

Awe. Play for a better time, and avoid using medicinal herbs if you can! Yeah the game is dark, but you can see most of it right?

Also there are some secrets within the game that you can access. I'll reveal them to you in a PM, just so that you can better understand the plot (as in a secret item and a secret scene)

Hoorah! I'm glad to hear there will be a sequel! It really is fun to scare yourself sometimes and this game was definitely creepy. I wonder if the sequel will involve Alexis again... Poor girl, she's gone through so much already. XD

Yes, although it was dark, I could see most of it. The dark corners revealed some, er, surprises. For example, the area with the four floors and the big monsters... I'd sometimes wander to the dark corners wondering if there could be something hidden there and OOPS! Looks like a monster just took a big bite out of me. XD Darn my wanderlust.

Hopefully I'll be able to play for a better time the second time around, since I've already completed it once. I won't have to wander around aimlessly so much (which I did a LOT of the first time XD).

Damn This game freaked me out when I started. I went in this room and these shadow things were following me. Im at the part where this dog chases you at the park. I dunno how to kill him X_X. I like this game alot! :thumb:

Oh yeah. He was pretty difficult to make.

I thought the final beast was pretty cool looking though.

I put a lot of work into making it move all weird like that.

He was good too! But I thought the one that follows you was scarier. Things that jump out scare me more than anything gorey. I do like how the final beast shakes when you attack him or the trees. "Grr! I angry! I kill you now!"

Me: Gah! You did kill me! At least I could run away from the smart beast, but I can't run from your darkness attacks! *dead*

After you attack the things to either side he performs a counter attack. You can avoid it by going down towards the bottom of the map.

Otherwise he will do one of three things.

A left attack, a right attack, and a central attack. If you pay close attention to the colors he emits, you'll know to either be in the center of the map, or on either sides.

On the first floor, second room in from where you enter is the file room. Check the files and memorize the numbers missing. That's the code!

That makes me so glad that you've enjoyed it! You're fairly far into the game, so just keep going and do your best! I really did try with RTP and that is why it took my so long to make the game.

The game has changed so much. For example, did you know that the original path leading to the police station used to be an entire labyrinth? And that you played as Ellie? And that there WAS NO police station? Haha.
