This is not a story, this is a plea. This is a plea for all of humanity
to look upon our mistakes and learn from them
so that this may never happen again...
Overview
The first game created by Project BC is a tale of action and reaction in a war-weary world. It's been less than a year since the war ended and normality is finally settling in again on the world of Disparatus. Of course, Auria Edith didn't really care about the war or the people it hurt. Nothing ever happened in East Naven.
Everything changed the night that she died.
That's when things, awful, horrible things, began to happen. Masked men with whispered names lurked in the stagnant darkness left over from the war. The world at large ignored those masked devils, because to acknowledge them means to acknowledge the reality of another war.
I thought an angel saved me, but his wings were blacker than coal. And he seemed so kind...
Characters
Auria is a 16-year-old student living in the central province. Since her parents were divorced, she now lives with her mother in the town of East Naven. She has a typical teenage sense of rebellion against authority. Really, Auria didn't want anything more than to go with her friend to a party that weekend, but someone had other plans for her.

Features
The EPIC v3 engine will be implemented for the first time in a graphical medium. It completely overwrites the battle, experience, and statistical defaults of RPG Maker XP. More details to come.
The Coordinated-Action Battle system will be used in conjunction with the EPIC v3 engine to replace the RPG Maker XP standards. Features of the CAB include:
- Three actions per turn
- Attacks requiring preparation before use
- Reaction system replaces simple hit/miss formulae; instead, one may elect to dodge or counter or guard against attacks
- Training is required to increase the effectiveness or strength of techniques
Help
Project BC is in desperate need of spriters (RTP) and scripters. We're considering bartering services for those willing to help out. Post or PM for more details.
