lol. Therapy's a very Western if not American thing. It won't necessarily work for everyone, and besides, why is having dominant/ non-consensual sex fantasies a problem? The desire to conquer and be conquered is natural and biological. To label kinks and fetishes as defects would be naive. At least porn provides an outlet for people to satiate their urges instead of letting it build up and manifest in more disastrous ways.
Or help to internally justify and normalize these actions; slowly wearing down whatever morals were built up against it. People are easily influenced, make no mistake, and anything that slowly builds up more confidence in an area (and yes, video games DO affect normal behavior, just like anything else in this world does) will help people to overcome normal inhibitions.
Therapy is a method for those with weak self control to gain a point of stability with their issues to build up either real or fake self control. When it's used people will normalize and accept it, when it's not they will find other ways of dealing with those issues.
It is also "natural" to resort to violence when another is doing something you don't approve of; nature is a perfect example of that. We have laws, however, because people are supposed to be self-aware enough to overcome their basic primal urges. Especially those not conductive to a fair and equal society. Such as, say, using women as toys and doing whatever you want simply because you have the physical presences to do so.
People with "issues" will eventually become so engrossed in their own fantasies that reality and fantasy become mixed up; things like this do not help and can hurt in some cases, so with no real positive benefit I can't agree with it. (And no a "vent" isn't a "vent," it's a method to help normalize and come to accept the things you've been taught are wrong as right to yourself.)
And that is all I have to say about that.
