Hey, these aren't bad, and you certainly have high potential... however, try to draw hands in positions other than fists... those people with the hands behind their backs make it rather obvious that you aren't very confident with hands. (Not like I have room to talk :P)

Theres definitly potential, I say keep drawing and you will be better at it in no time. A suggestion if I may. No matter how much you like anime right now.....for now i say trash it and do real anatomy. Look at some books by Andrew Loomis. IMO he has some of the best anatomy books. Because lets face it. You aren't going to get any better by looking at anime. Anime is stylized, assuming that the people that drew them already had knowledge of the human body and proportioning. Study anatomy and drawing fabric over it. Then if you're ready go and mix things up with the big eyes and over the top expressions.

I chose the same as Badmour, And he pretty much hit the nail on the head with his post. I'd also like to add that if you stick with anime then you'll only ever be able to draw anime, And it's not REALLY a hard style to draw at all.

I'd agree with Diedrupo, that going between both is the best alternative to either 'Anatomized Realism' (Ultra disgusting Muscular Anatomy) and 'Anime'. You'll be headhunted by users if you can create your own style between the two.
