Prayer System

Is there any prayer system? So script would be like this:

There is menu, where is prayers, like
Fat skin
Hard Skin

And when i activate Hard Sking examble, it will add attributes (+20 to strengt) to the charecter. But the prayer is not working allways. It has time how long it is activate,

I have seen this in Runescape.
