Since this is just supposed to be new junk since reading the topic, and I only caught it a half an hour ago, here ya go:

Fat, lazy panda sprite, just the lines so far. Gonna get a few frames of eating animation. Of course no template used.

V. 2 dunno how I feel yet about the dithering on the black area on the arm. Opinions?

I call dibs!!! Anyway, that's really neat, and tbh, I can't really think of any useful criticism to give. Perhaps a brighter white, but I assume you're going to shade it.

Yeah, the colors are currently just to block out areas, will be changed in shading.

Looking good so far. The dithering is fine.

Looks good so far, although I can't tell if the arm is pillowshaded or just not finished yet because I can't see it close up but the head looks great! And about imgzoom, it looks like it's not working anymore with the new php board so we'll have to wait for shadow to fix it :sad:

I think you need more contrast, I can barely see the shading.
Also your dithering could be toned done a tad.

Yeah, the highlight needs to be less in the center on the arm. As for the dithering, I'd recommend blocking out all the major shadow/highlight areas and then going back in to dither; it's easier to change that way. I also agree with more contrast in your palettes. The head looks very nice, though!
