I quite like the scanlines. They are very weak compared to most user bars.
I'll try them at 15% next time.

I'm not doing requests because of the amount of people asking for window skins from me, I just had to cancel a character graphic because it was too difficult and I couldn't find time to do any window skins.
I could write a tutorial on how to make these user bars with GIMP if anyone wants to make their own. Just tell me if that would be a good idea XD
