I'm making fried rice from time to time and I'm slowly improving, for what it's worth.

Right now, though:

Chinese pineapple chicken w/ white rice on the side. Mine is a lot less smothered in sauce and overall less sweet, but I like it.

I'm trying to find a way to make this gluten free since, though I don't have celiac disease, I want to limit my grain intake to just rice. I don't know if a rice flower mixed dough would make a good enough bun, however, I'm hoping it will since that shit looks bloody AMAZING and will definitely give me variety when I begin hunting deer and elk.
