Beards are gross, man. Itchy to have, not fun to kiss, and all that (although I understand opinions differ on the issue.) I would only want to grow a beard if I were suddenly stranded in some far-off place like a mountain cave, and even then only to get that authentic rugged "mountain man" look that gets stories written about your ordeals.

Lullz, Miek. Both you and Venetia are wrong to a certain degree. It just depends on the type of person your talking about. Some women like a rugged man (Venetia, Wumpi, ?Holly?), then there are women who like smooth guys. So, ya' just have to do what feels right to you.

Personally, I'd look much older if my mustache wasn't fuzz, and I actually had a beard, but The "market" right now seems to be going for the smooth guys (notice the ever increasing Shaver adds advocating "a closer, smoother shave"? There's a subliminal message embedded in those adds by women all over the world in want and need of dashingly smooth men.)

No, but seriously, Rexxz's beard is the bomb (unfortunately for us).

Um, Clizzz? Shave until you can get a good beard. If there's one thing I think everyone hates, it's teenagers with facepubes. :x

Even a thin mustache shows some charm, if the hairs are thick enough to justify it. If all you have are short blonde hairs (or any colour of fine hair for that matter,) it's better to snip it and be done. On the off-chance that someone sees a teen-beard, they won't be very pleased.
