i have 1 rule if you want to battle me. I want battle you if you use legendaries

If you are thinking what i'm thinking, fighting legendaries online will NOT add them to your pokedex. I've tried.

I actually think he meant "won't". Most people agree that using pretty much any legendary, as well as Wobuffet, is uber teh cheapsorz.

Ubers like Mewtwo, Ho-oh, etc. are pretty frowned upon in competitive play. most tournaments outright ban them. I don't mind when like, my friends and I use ubers for fun, but any serious battle should be without them.
