Pokemon Battle Revolution worth getting?

I own both the Pokemon Stadium and Pokemon Stadium 2, on Nintendo 64, they are the only Pokemon games I have. And they were both very good, so, I was thinking of getting Pokemon Battle Revolution for Wii. But then I went on the internet, and looked at some reviews for the game. They said it was only good with a DS, which I don't have one. So should I pay the 100$ AUS for the game, or would it be a waste?
I don't get an allowance or any money for chores, so I don't get money often, so a 100$ is a lot for me.

the game is really only good for is when you play pokemon pearl or diamond and instead of battling in 2D you battle in 3D. so yeah its a waste of money

I would but where am I going to get 250$ from!
The only way I can get money is by my birth day. Which is awhile away. I guess I'll get a DS next year when I get a job :/.

You could always import a DS from Canada. I have no idea what the shipping would be but it would only cost you about 140AUS. It Be Cheaper to import from Canada... well about 2 bucks about. But yeah import your games a lot cheaper

My Dad doesn't like to get overseas stuff. He has gotten stuff from overseas before, but it didn't turn out so well.

I actually have the game.

It's not worth really getting.
I played it only about 5 times and the only thing there really is is the graphics and online play against anyone.
But Nintendo's internet sucks anyway so..

The graphics for half the Pokemon are just plain horrible while other Pokemon have AWESOME graphics.  It's obvious they rushed the models out for some of them.  I mean some of the Legendaries, specifically the ones from Diamond and Pearl mainly, look GREAT.  Then you get other Pokemon who look like they were modeled by a 10 year old.  Arcanine looks like he came out of a Lego set.  Snorlax's animations are straight out of a High School program and he balances on his fat as if he was a bowling ball laying down.  There are just so many Nintendo 64ish Pokemon lulz.
