Make the food system increase the HAPPINESS of the pokemon. Oh, are you done with making TMs, HMs, Gym leader names?
And normal attacks?
And and ITEMS?
And will a BIKE be necessary?
How about PIRATE level? Like when you have some stuff fullfilled and a certain number of trainers defeated, your PIRATE LEVEL increases?
And how about CLOTHINGs of the hero, i mean like changing the bandana or the shoes, or the jacket when he reaches a certain level?

I think we can add other type of stores to the game. A clothing shop is just one of them.

I need to talk with saik, about the other paramters, because if he needs help that's my job.

I'm thinking in a new pokémon, I'll might sprite it this evening. Expect a mysterious dog/wolf alike (Pochieena Alike).

Edit: The pirate level is also a good idea, we can make it so as you get higher in pirate levels your renown goes up and you are able to recruit better crew. (for the pirate mini games). We really need a scripter lol

All right, I am being a little lazy because I haven't send you more than 10 quests, and gave some crazy ideas. I might get back to spriting soon, so I'll try to make more bad backviews and front edits to already existed pokémon.

I'm curious about one thing. I am sure everyone is.

We will be able to catch only the pokémons of the game or the others from the previous versions?

I had another idea. Water/Flying Pokémons can swim/fly while you're in your ship.

At the moment, im debating with the idea of catching older pokemon. For now i just want to get the 150 original ones out of the way and also the fregion done. Then, when thats complete i was thinking about maybe making another region, where you can catch 150 more pokemon but have it be mixed of the other old pokemon.

We could do Expasion Patches. For example the new expansion for WoW, The Burning Crusade, will have another region to explore and some more extras. We could be doing that, to improve the older version and to complete it with more extras.

Yeh, we could do that as well. My thought was just like how ing G/S/C after the elite four you can go to kanto. Was goin to make it like, in the credits the boat is sailing and you hit a tornado and it takes you and the boat to a new region.

A magikarp type who cannot learn any TMs?

Slow down Atlas lol. There will of course be ship updgrades, it couldnt be a pirate game with out it. But, the theme is mostly pokemon guys :P. As for treasure hunting, there may be something of the sorts in the game but, i dont want to give too much away .

The baby pokemon in the old games are just pre-evos of pokemon from the first one. So, there really is no need for more babyish pokemon. We can use breeding for the same reason it is done in the game, to make your pokemon stronger/different stats.

Djrodrix~Yes we do need a lot of scripters lol, or i could just do a lot of request :|. Hopefully it wont result in me learning the language of RGSS lmao.

Really, it was a great idea, to creat new pokemons. Don't you have a demo? Beta version, anything else?

The demo wont be ready until most of the poke designs are finished(working on it) and the INTRO(also working on it). And the music, and the sprites. Basically, it will take a long while...

Hey guys, i was just reading the blue gem thread, atlaswing knows about it, he posted a fan game from dub's site, and i saw an intersting screen shot i thought this would be a good asset to our game, its unique too!
