Thinking of Naruto it makes me think HOkage and KAZEkage, but that's just me.

23, 24 are good

27, 28, 29, 30 are good but 29 and 30 should be moved further back in the pokedex dragon types are almost always just before Legendaries.

32 seems alright but I think there should be more than one colour.

38, 39 and 40 seem good but evolving on EV's is gonna be new to people who don't know about it, pehaps it should just be like hitmonchan/lee whichever has higher attack defence at a certain level, because it's possible to not get 100 defence/attack EVs. Also the names need a change they're not...unique enough.

Yeah, the names DEFINENTLY need updating (Unluckily, naming Pokémon isn't my strong point)

The fire starters just remind me of a cat like vulpix, as it seems every evolution more tails are added on. Im looking forward to playing this, well i at least hope it makes it to demo stage, even better if it becomes a full version. The basic story line is alright, it isnt as original as some of the other fan games out there but, it is still a touch up from the orginal pokemon stories.

The concept of two teams reminds me a little of team magma and aqua, which in the orginal games was ok, but, i suppose copying the idea, or doing something similiar doesnt really appeal to me. Dont get me wrong, the idea of stopping day and night is good but personally i think you could touch it up a bit more to make it more your own.

Just curious though, will there be two legendarie pokemon for day and night. Like kyogre and groudon? If you were going to incorporate older pokemon you could make the day team use solrocks and espeons and the night team use lunatones (is that its name) and umbreons.

Again, just random ideas that you dont need to take into consideration if you dont want to. Do whatever makes you happy as a game maker and also that keep you interested in the game :D
