Good day everyone, pleased to make your acquaintance.

I am a game design student from the Netherlands, but even before I started school I have been familiar with RPG Maker for a few years, though never making any huge games in it. I have used it a lot though, and know how the program works, save for Ruby scripting.

I thought it would be good to see what other people are doing with the program, and see if there's any talent around here. I'm looking forward to playing original and innovative projects.

I myself am in the early stages of concept development for my own project, which will also be made in RPG Maker XP, eventually. You'll probably hear about that when the time comes.

So that pretty much sums it up. I was never good at introductions, but I think this will do.

Good question, you know before I started this course, I would always open up Rm2k3 or RMXP whenever I had a good idea and immediately start making a game. Ofcourse, I had no concept whatsoever, so it never turned out as a full fledged game. It did give me a lot of experience with the program however.

But on this course I've learned a lot of useful stuff, it's really interesting. With this project I'm starting right at the beginning, instead of immediately starting in RMXP. On my course I also get a lot of useful stuff like Photoshop, 3D, and Flash, in which I've become pretty decent. I've come to the point where I can draw my own characters, so I don't have to use Naramura's stuff or other people's things anymore.

Hmm, the best game I've ever played, that's a tough one. If we're travelling back far, Chrono Trigger and Chrono Cross are high on my list, but I'm also a big fan of FFVII and FVIII. More recently, I really liked Dragon Quest VIII.

As for the games I'd like to make someday, that would be roleplaying games. Refreshing and innovative roleplaying games, that make players experience that "wow" moment. I'd love to work with Square Enix one day, personally my heroes on RPG territory, but ofcourse that dream is shared by a lot of people. Most awesome RPG's I've ever played are from their camp.

...Yeah, I'm a huge RPG fan. I also like platforming games (good old mustached plumbers), and sometimes I play a shooter just for the pure fun of it, but RPG's are where it's really at for me.
