Please help my desktop problem!

you know the windows toolbar that says "Start" and has all the time, volume at the bottom? It's on the top for some reason! please tell me how to get it back on the bottom.

Click and hold on a blank space and drag it to the bottom again...

Tdata has the right idea, then find the trickster who did that to you and smack him after that.

Make sure that you have your task bar UNLOCKED, and then attempt to drag it to the bottom of the screen.
