There is either Dubealex's AMS, or Ccoas more recent Universal Message System, which can be found on the first page of the RGSS Scripts.

Will you please look before requesting? You'll just annoy people otherwise.

Actually, Dubealex AMS doesn't currently support face graphics appearing in their own box (above the message box itself) as you requested (don't know ccoa's, but I think it can't either). You may want to have someone alter the script for your need.
