Please find me a HUD

Hey Im looking for a HUD much like this one

But with a interchangable face (so I can have different faces on it) and instead of being a clear blue more of a clear grey/black i've tried searching for it but that didn't help and I tried making one which didn't turn out right. Also script is needed.

Please if you know a link to one or can make me one please reply and I will give you more information.
