Playing RMXP games on a computer without RGSS

Jason

Awesome Bro

If a computer doesn't have RGSS installed, is there a file I can put into the directory so they can play the game without the RGSS or do I need to include a setup file or something with the RGSS on it, in the directory so they can install it and then play the games ?

This is a very simple process
1. Copy "RGSS102E.dll" or whatever library your game uses into your games folder. These are found in your 'System32' or 'System64' depending on your Windows xbit version.
To find your games library file open "Game.ini" and see what is after "Library=".
2. Open "Game.ini" from your game file and change the:
RTP1=Standard
to
RTP1=

2.5 Another way to do step 2 is go to your project editor and click "Game" at the top of the screen and choose "Select RTP...". Now set all to "(None)"

3. Last of all copy ALL audio and graphic files which your game uses to there right folders in your games folder.

And BAM your game is now non RMXP friendly.
