Player Touch Event

I set up a event that is under a player and label PLAYER TOUCH So a event kicks in when the player touches the Event. I having a problem where when a player is on top of that event with Player Touch  that have not been switched on and when I active the switch the event does not start. Is there a way to active the event when it is swtiched on when it switched on under the player?
 
I'd recommend the parallel process/autorun way too; and to solve the which-place's-which problem, track the player's map location and have the conditions be player x == [constant]event's X, player y == [constant]event's Y, for each location you want to note. My bad if I'm not understanding the problem correctly.
