Player owned house Script Request

Look at the title screen, does anyone has that kind of script?
i need it for my game.
things it needs:
Putting objects everywhere,
A butler that you must buy (ill event that)
Special save point(ill event that to)
I just need to have a player owned house script so that you can go to a storekeeper and buy furni and place it in your house.

Sounds to me you could event the whole thing. Might I suggest, if a player expands the interior of his house, just have the door teleport him to a different, larger house interior =)

but i want it to be that you can put all objects yourself. XD
And it will lag as hell when you have so many events in a small map.

i have evented the whole thing before, i can make a demo for you if you would like(except adding funiture, but i have made one for buying houses that you can rent out for cash or live in)
