Play AVI movies Troubleshooting. It's not working for me.

Okay. I hope I got the correct section for posting this issue.
If not I'm real sorry. I'm new to the forums.

I have followed the directions. Yet... my game shuts down with this message:
"Game.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience."
Then the general "Please tell Microsoft about this problem... blah blah blah... Send Error Report, Don't Send... ect."


Has anyone gotten this script to work?

and on RPGmakerXp, on windowsXP?

Does this only work with non PKedition?

Does it need to be in fullscreen mode, because, I can't get to fullscreen mode . I press ALT+ENTER and nothing happens... Is that only available after you "make game disk" or is that possible during "Test Play"?

I am a noob. Yet, I am a competent nood. Please teach me.

The use of the Postality Knights is pirating. Using that copy is both immoral and illegal. Please purchase the real legit version of RPGMakerXP.

I have been told that PK runs better.
Is this a lie?
Idealy, I want to own a licence for the normal version and use PK.
Is PK not as good?
Because I will just stick to the standard licence if that is the case.

I am only trying this out. I always buy a licence.

Postality Knights is not condoned by these forums. And no it doesn't run better. It's the same as the legal version except for the fact that it's ILLEGAL because you didn't buy the software. Please refrain from its use and buy the legal version. Nuthin' more to it than that...

Sorry, but you cannot ask for support for the illegal version on these forums. When you have the legal version, you may ask for this thread to be reopened or open another.
