PixelCocktail's revised design - what do you think?

Okay, thank you for providing tips. I'll consider them. I won't make my page unfixed because I don't have a huge amount of information to display and I only want the images to load once, because as you said, they take a while for people on slower connections.

And heh, capitalizing in forums and chats is usually considered yelling. That's why I got kinda defensive :')

I think Minky should use bolding instead of caps to highlight his points.


Anyway, I kinda liked the old one actually, aside from the colored squares on the right. It was clean and simple, this is probably only my preference, as most would disagree.

On the new one, I think the tavern setting is a creative idea and I do like it, but the bartender text is distracting to me. Especially if I plan to check the site often. The only thing I can think of is some sort of delay before her responses, but you should probably just disregard this. I know nothing about website design, nor what people like.

It's very creative and cool but I have to agree with the Professer on this one. I liked the old ones simplicity and cleaness too.

It seems most people do like your new one better though. In any case I love all your art. Diggin the sketches.

I really like the theme and how it's presented, the "pixel cocktail" that is. Bartender's simply awesome too, haven't really seen something like that at all elsewhere. A huge improvement from the old version imo.
