Pixel Movement for VX?

It's not really a request but more of a question as to if there is one for VX.

I've been using the one for XP by f0tz! but I am guessing the one is incompatible for VX.

If there is one, can you direct me to it? I'm making a parallax Tileset test and wanted to try out with Pixel movement.
