Picture uploading problems...

Well I'm trying to upload an image I have, but it gets close to 100% and stops there. There's nothing wrong with my internet connection, it's slow but I've uploaded images before on a slow connection and had no problems. I'm using Firefox and something is telling me it's a setting on the browser...but then again what do I know? lol

Just so you know the sites I use are Photobucket and Myspace, it happens on both. Help would be nice, thanks.

Check that your image is not over the size limits set by the server, first thing.

Actually it stopped now...sorta, before it gave off this weird IOServer error before finishing. Now it uploads the image but doesn't state that it finish or whatever, I have to refresh the page and all that to see the image.

If you are on a particularly slow connection there's a possibility you are experiencing enough slowdown or packet loss to cause your browser to time out. The limit is usually 30 seconds. It's changeable but I can't think of how atm. I will try to find out for you if I remember but in the meanwhile I encourage you to do some research

Alright, well I don't have any other images to load up anyway so I'm not going to worry about it right now. I have that kind of internet where it has that plan where your download limit is 500mb and it goes down until you use another 500mb and before you know it its at the lowest speed...23kb I think.
