PHP/HTML display in RGSS, is it fathomable?

My question, can I use RGSS to display an HTML/PHP webpage?

I ask this, because I'm working on a program in RPG Maker, and I'd like to be able to have a Scene_Browser or something of the like, and you can visit any webpage using PHP or HTML.

Now remember, I don't mean linking to, but displaying webpages with the said formats.

Is it possible, and if so how do I do it?

Yes it is possible, but is a bit difficult... if you find widget libraries like Tk or wxWidgets, then you can make a frame and display html code inside.
About PHP... I think that is almost impossible to use it inside rpg maker.

EDIT: I just realized, I have no idea how to use wxWidgets... it doesn't have a development program?

Since PHP is server side, you don't need to worry about that. What you do need to look after is the parsing and rendering of the hypertext, css, and any javascript that the page uses.

I see, though I have only written one PHP script in my life.

And on a side note: You're still not gonna convert that old patch maker to xp, are you? I don't have $30 right now, but that would really come in handy for the same project I'm using this for...
