Photoshop Manga Problems

     Hello, lonelyelf here. I have a problem half of you could probably figure out, but i can't. If you could help me, that would be great!
     My problem is in Photoshop Elements 5. When i draw using my bamboo fun, i can't seem to get the right pen size. It's always too big or small... I have posted a few drawings below to give you an idea of my problem. Criticism welcome.

Update: I have a new problem.
I saw somewhere that you could make tones on photoshop by using a half-tone pattern, but it doesn't turn out. Another answer would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

P.S. Tones are like tiny little dots in comics and manga to shade things.  :thumb:

Well, you do have sensitivity, try adjusting that or changing brush sizes or something, some times my photoshop will just discard sensitivity all together and I fix it by zooming in and out.

Thanks, i'll try that, or i'll just scan inked sketches... and i found some tones online!
