Phoenix Wright System?

I'm wondering if anyone has ever created a Phoenix Wright system, or is willing to make one.

It wouldn't be hard to code, but isn't even a battle system, it's like a text based... thing.

Well, we need the Court Record, which shows all the evidence and profiles. Then, we need that you choose which piece of evidence to present to which statement. Much more difficult than what you said.
