Overlaying Backgrounds

Is it possible to have 2-3 Overlaying Panoramas at the same time, much like the tales of series? If you put like the 2nd background oF TOP (Tales of Phantasia) (from the intro) as the panorama it's fine, but when you put the 1st layer as a picture, it doesn't scroll with the background. Anyone know how to fix this?

This actually requires some scripting as far as I know. If someone can do it with events, great. If you want me to, I can make a quick script for this (I am actually working on one a bit more complex than this though).

Just let me know.
