I've been on Gaia since the number of members was still in three digits. You think I wouldn't be aware of their terms of service?
First off, I aplogize for being so blunt. Perhaps I could have pointed out what I didn't like better, so let's try right now. I'm not getting into the design itself since like you said- it was made on Paint. I had limited my comment on the animation which seem to be either a lot of color changes, stuttering, and very little transition in between.
As far as the correcting goes, if you expected everything here was nothing but sugar and candy, no one would get anywhere. We'll tell you what the problem is, and hopefully you take it into account for your own improvement. If you choose not to do so, then it's your loss, suck it up and stop bitching about it.

I do find it a bit shocking that your work was instantly flamed without reason, But take it on the chin and let the mods sort it out. Never take matters into your own hands otherwise you'll be a part of the "sorting out".
For critique on your work :
1. You don't give any descriptions or anything as to what they are or why you've made them. All I see are random logos and faces popping up everywhere. Also, Give an example of WHY "rmxp people" would want one of your creations.
2. If you make things in paint you're asking for trouble straight off. I personally use paint for spriting, But a lot of people don't and their opinion may come on a bit strong.
3. Try and make your work a little more ... appealing. The stuff you've posted can be achieved by pretty much anyone with the right software. It's not a hard job, really. Try and make something that people will ask themselves "How did he do that?"
4. Your colours and choice of text/placement is pretty bad. Everything seems so random and thoughtless. Take it into account that there are a number of great artists in this forum and seeing things like this would, and I'm sorry to say ... make them cringe.
What you have done so far is a start, But it's not really something that people would want. Follow tutorials online and teach yourself new tricks. It's the best and cheapest way to make your work shine.

Orges, they have every right to tell you it's illegal, and it is.
As for your work, listen to $t3v0's advice (his graphics are great), and also: make sure that the alignment of each frame is the same. It appears like some of your gifs are "shaking" because not each frame is aligned in the same way.

Watch out for your spelling, seriously. It's just not pleasant to read a post riddled with mistakes and SMS.
English is a really simple language, it shouldn't be too hard to avoid mistakes such as ''i'' instead of ''I'' and ''because'' instead of ''coz''.
Good luck with ''Ogre Productions''. Keep going at it.
