I have found this script http://www.rmxpunlimited.net/forums/index.php?showtopic=3316 it's a option menu.
I can use it in my game becaus i am using xp

can somebody make this script for xp and some changes.
the battle animantion , auto dash and instant text to full screen on\off and sound on\off
if you need more info i will give it to you but i don't know what you need.

battle animation, auto dash & instant text are all custom script functions. You need to provide the scripts you are using. (a link to where you got them), as well as the order you implemented them, and any edits you made to the scripts.

Well, full screen is already a function of RPG Maker XP if I'm correct, and Diego's CMS has a options section on the CMS which includes:
Change Windowskin
Change Font
Change BGM Volume
Change SFX Volume
