Onel Template (PA)

I.hate.making.sideviews. Start of a template, as I plan on having all original graphics for my game. (Which probably won't even happen) So here is the beginning. Any criticism is welcome. Except for criticism on the butts. I realize they look dumb. Also any advice on a sideview would be greatlyyyy appreciated (I've been trying for like 5 days now, and always end up erasing it, the side-view head is like the 700th I've made and I'll probably become dissatisfied with it later).

Enough ranting, here is the work in progress:



Oh also, please don't comment on the design of example character, I'm aware the outfit it lame. Or the colour palette on her hair, I made it in approximately 10 seconds.

I actually like the colour pallete you've used on her hair, it looks great.
Hmm, for the template, itself, Not sure if it's just me, but the heads seem a little high up, maybe you should shift them down, like 2-4 pixels and see what you think then.
The sideview head looks great, however, it seems a little too big for the frontviews, if you know what I mean by that, like, the head grows a little.
I don't know what to suggest about a sideview, however, if you'd like, I can help you make one, I can kind of picture how it would be, but it's one of those things you have to draw out to explain it, lol.

Draw lines. When making differnt views connect key points with lines so you can see where everything goes. You shoudl be able to make a more correct sized head that way. Also indent where the eye is.
